All orders are subject to the terms and conditions stated below, from the moment the order is placed.
Order preparation time averages 1-3 days. This time may vary depending on stock availability, production schedule, order quantity, and workload.
The average delivery time for the USA, Canada, UK, and European countries is 4-9 business days. For other countries, the average delivery time is 5-12 business days. Express shipping generally takes 2-5 business days. These times are averages and not exact. Delivery times may vary due to our warehouse location, different carriers, weekends, public holidays, and other reasons.
For free shipping details;
Shipping is free for orders of $199 or more for our customers in the USA
Shipping is free for orders of €199 or more for our customers in the EU
Shipping is free for orders of 199 GBP or more for our customers in the UK
Shipping is free for orders of 299 CAD or more for our customers in the Canada
Please ensure your address information is complete and accurate when placing your order. If the shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, your refund will be processed minus the return shipping cost. If you wish to receive the products from your previous order, you must update your address and place a new order.
If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please open it in the presence of the delivery person and have a damage report drawn up. Returns/exchanges may not be possible without a damage report. Please inform us of the damaged product and the damage report via email at info@clowex.store on the day of delivery.
If your tracking number shows the shipment has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping company immediately. If the shipping company officially confirms the shipment is lost, we will send you a new product or refund your payment.
We may offer free delivery under different conditions and promotions from time to time. This may vary depending on your country, order quantity, and other conditions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping costs will be added to your order.
If your order is cancelled before shipping, no shipping fee will be charged. If you cancel after shipping, you can return the products to us upon delivery, paying the shipping fee yourself. After receiving the products, we will check them and refund your order, deducting the shipping fee. If you wish to receive your order on a DDP basis, please contact us at info@clowex.store with your order number after placing your order. You can have your order delivered under DDP terms by paying the applicable DDP surcharge.

Under new customs regulations, customs duties are now applied to all orders. However, we cover the customs duties for all your orders when shipping them. In other words, you will not have to make any extra payments.

Under new EU regulations, a customs fee of €3 per product type + VAT applies to orders under €150. Standard VAT and standart customs duties apply to orders exceeding €150. The VAT rate is generally 20%. At Clowex, we ship orders on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis; therefore, you are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, VAT, and additional costs associated with your order.

Only VAT applies to amounts of 135 GBP or less. VAT plus customs duty applies to amounts of 135 GBP or more.
